We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project, keep business and warranty records, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
