Final scope, pricing, materials, payment terms, schedule, and warranties are set only in a written contract signed by you and Garza Pools. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, your contract controls.

3. Scheduling and Site Conditions

Project schedules depend on scope, permits and inspections, weather, material availability, and conditions found on your property, some of which are outside our control. Conditions discovered during work, such as soil, rock, drainage, or existing structures, may affect scope and cost. We will discuss any such changes with you before proceeding.
